Naturalist Cat Pantaleo
Susun interviews Cat Pantaleo.
Cat is a Holistic Health Practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience as a consultant, instructor and nature guide. A core belief of hers is that health is a journey in which the goal is not perfection, but a life infused with meaning and purpose through self-exploration and growth, connection and joy. She is trained as an Herbalist, Naturalist, Nutritionist and Nature and Forest Therapy Guide. Additionally, Cat is a Youth Nature Connection Mentor, a practitioner of Non-violent Communication, and most recently received her Master's degree in Ecopsychology from Naropa University. She skillfully weaves these aspects into her work creating opportunities to cultivate resilience, restoration, deep nourishment and a re-connection to one's authentic, wild self. Her work is ultimately informed by Nature Beings and guided by an impassioned desire to restore respect and reciprocity between humans and the natural world, re-awakening our innate human capacity for caring and cooperation in order to re-establish an Earth-honoring way of being so that all life may flourish.
