Yarrow tincture safety

Spoke with Susun a few weeks ago. Said I had alopecia over most of my body (no hair). She said to drink Nettle Infusions (1oz Nettle to qt boiling water in Mason jar steeped 4 hrs) and to call back in six weeks. There is noticeable facial hair growth.
The infusion is quite energizing as well. Thank you Susun!
