Hi Susun,
My wife and I have enjoyed your books and out daily infusions. She got
really inspired at the Women's Conference this Sept in Asheville. But, I'm a
62 year old man, and my M.D. physician, after routine testing, warns me my
testosterone is too low. He's tried me on Nettles and Tribulus, but that's
not helped. It seems natural and peacefull to me for testosterone to wane as
a man gets older, and not be so bothered by my all the tempting females. But
he warns me low testosterone leads to cardiovascular problems and
Alzheimer's. He advises me to start using testoterone cream, for the rest
of my life.
I'd like to try what you'd suggest. And I'd like to try the male tonic
mentioned in "Healing Wise". How can I make that?
Thanks,
One of the best ways to raise testosterone is to spend more time with other
men. Can you join a men's group or find a man friend to work out with?
Drop in testosterone is normal for men going through andropause, and using
creams and drugs to change your natural hormonal changes can only harm not
help.
When you say you have tried nettles, in what form? Nettles leaf is only
effective when taken as a nourishing herbal infusion.

Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) builds energy, strengthens the adrenals, and
is said to restore youthful flexibility to blood vessels. A cup of nettle
infusion contains 500 milligrams of calcium plus generous amounts of
bone-building magnesium, potassium, silicon, boron, and zinc. It is also an
excellent source of vitamins A, D, E, and K. For flexible bones, a healthy
heart, thick hair, beautiful skin, and lots of energy, make friends with
sister stinging nettle. It may make you feel so good you'll jump up and
exercise.
An infusion is a large amount of herb brewed for a long time. Typically, one
ounce by weight (about a cup by volume) of dried herb is placed in a quart
jar which is then filled to the top with boiling water, tightly lidded and
allowed to steep for 4-10 hours.

If you feel good and healthy, trust your body, not the doctors tests.
Sending love,
