Hello,
I have been diagnosed with breast cancer and already had surgery and 4 chemo treatments. I am waiting for the radiotherapy treatments now. I have the book breast health breast cancer from Susun Weed and on page 197, Step 4, she is talking about making our own anti-recurrence curry powder. I was wondering if you could give me how much of each ingredients is required to do that powder; 1 teaspoon, tablespoon, ? cup???
Do all these ingredients has to be already in powder (cardamom, cloves, cumin, coriander, celery seed and cinnamon).
Thanks a lot for your help and take care.
Celine

Hello Celine, br>br> The recipe is a general one and amounts just depend on how much you will be using it and how often. Since the herbs are ground, they do not stay fresh as long as whole herbs, so I personally would be using smaller amounts – probably tablespoons of the herbs. Typically, yes, they are all ground and then mixed together – no specific amounts of each, so you can play around a bit with what works for you taste wise.
blessings,
Kim
