I have fiborids and they are large. Can you help me as I don't want to do surgery?
Hello,
It is possible to shrink the fibroids - don't know your age, but they often go away on their own once you are in menopause. You can begin with doing warm castor oil packs over the area or/and ginger compresses - acupuncture often helps as well.
From Susun: "There are no simple easy cures, but chasteberry tincture, a dropperful taken 2-4 times a day for 3 or more months (sometimes years) has been helpful for hundreds of women."
Here is an article Susun has written about the subject: http://www.menopause-metamorphosis.com/An_Article-fibroids.htm.
