Is there a list of libido enhancing herbs (as that has also been a change during my pre menopausal journey)?

Susun recommends drinking plenty of oatstraw infusions and nettles infusions for increasing libido. Vitex tinctures sometimes increases libido in women, so you may wish to look into that as well. I think that roses are a great ally for women in general and can help with libido. From Susun: "Roses are especially cherished as a remedy for "women's problems." The growing tips of the rose canes are rich in hormone-like substances that help women with menstrual difficulties get into an easy flow, those with libido problems to feel frisky, and those who want to conceive to be more receptive. Rose Hormone Remedy: Harvest leaf and flower buds just before they open, preserving with honey, or a mixture of one part glycerin and two parts water. The dose is a teaspoonful several times a day."
Incorporate plenty of good fats in your diet and seaweed: "Benefits from a wise woman alliance with seaweed- glossier hair, more luminous skin, less digestive distress, renewed energy and stamina, rekindled sexual desires, and reawakened delight in life- will be noticeable in about 13 weeks."
Do you have Susun's book , New Menopausal Years? It not, you might want to check that out. I find it an invaluable resource and she discusses libido in there. You might also be interested in Susun's online class, Menopausal Allies. Along with lessons, you receive mentorship with Susun via online classroom forum and certainly libido is a topic that many wish to discuss. You have to remember to look at the full picture. Are other things happening? How is your diet? How is your energy level? Is the problem because of vaginal dryness? Something else? Are you actually finding that you are less interested in sex? Our priorities often change and energy focuses on other endeavors as we approach menopause...
