Hello Susun,
Once upon a time I have been advised to buy your book " New
Menopausal Years" I am very glad I did it..
You see: I am 45 years old,, have one child , and only now ready for
second one..However realized that might be not so easy.
I also read your article now to make nourishing herbal infusions such
as stinging nettle, red clover, raspberry leaf... And what you have advised:
to see only one herbal infusion at the same time ( for one week?)..
In your chapter Fertility after forty you have several recommendations
to use: red clover, stinging nettle infusion, chasteberry tincture.....
daily... Only red clover infusion for one week.. SO how to combine all of them?
Thank you in advanced,
Hello,
For the infusions you usually rotate them around from day to day, so one day red clover, the next day nettles, the next day oat straw, and so on. If you are specifically working on enhancing your fertility, you will want to make sure that the red clover is part of your routine. You will want to make sure that you do red clover at least two of the days out of the week and you can continue with this schedule indefinitely. Make sure you only use the infusions - not pills or tincture.
A bit of a reminder on the infusions: http://www.susunweed.com/How_to_make_Infusions.htm
Stinging nettle is a good idea to help build overall health and strength, so always need to have at least a day or two of that infusion as well. You can use the chasteberry tincture daily, 1 dropperful 2-3 times a day.
So, to recap you will be drinking an herbal infusion and using the chasteberry tincture each day. Hope that clears things up a bit. Glad that you have enjoyed Susun's book. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
blessings,
Kim
