Vaginal itching

Yes I have a question and I pray you can answer it.  I have your book the Wise WomanWay and it is like a bible to me.  I do need help because I am going crazy with this vaginal itching.  No yeast infection or discharge, just horrible itching.  I am postmenopausal and have tried different salves and oils but nothing is working.  My doctor says it is just form being so dry.  Can you please help me find a product that will stop this.  I had a great salve with comfrey, E and olive oil and also one with plantain, calendula, olive oil, st. johns wort, lavender, thyme and beeswax. Seemed to help a bit but the company called Green Wisdom went out of business.  Can you direct me to a company or do you sell anything that will help me.

Hello…have you tried herbal sitz baths….make nourishing comfrey infusion, then put into buspan and sit in it for 10-20 minutes twice per day…do this for a month, and see if that helps…
 
Also have you tried using coconut oil?
 
As for herbal salves,  red moon herbs offers an excellent Green Wonder Salve…

Energize Yourself in Menopause

Hello there,

Please tell me about this exhaustion I seem to go through with these menopausal changes. I am usually the energize bunny.
I work out, I do yoga, I walk 2 hours a day, I love my job and and and...I eat right ( Vegetarian) and yet...aside from the exhaustion the almost constant feeling that I am getting my period ( has been a couple of months since I had one).
I am looking for some wisdom and help. :) HELP
I heard of something called
MacActive.
Do you know anything about this.

It is important to keep up with the exercise and correct diet, but perhaps it is almost too much? Susun feels that part of extreme fatigue during menopause indicates a profound need to do nothing. Are you including infusions in your daily diet? They are so helpful in maintaining optimal health and energy. http://susunweed.com/How_to_make_Infusions.htm. Nettle and oatstraw should be especially helpful. I am not familiar with MacActive, but I imagine that it is a supplement. Susun doesn’t recommend supplements, other than perhaps some additional Vit E and/or Vit B Complex for your fatigue.
