My name is C. and I was recently diagnosed with premature ovarian failure. I am only 30 years old and basically starting menopause. My specialist wants me to be on HRT for like 15-20 yrs. until I'm 45 or 50. I would defiantly like to treat myself in a more natural way. Being on meds for a long time would defiantly have a negative effect on me. I would love to make a herbal infusion. How do you decide which one would be most appropriate.
