I tried Susun's bone health regimen a good while ago and in less than a week all my bone aches stopped. Then, feeling great, I meandered away from it and yesterday realized I was aching again and had a case of what felt like achilles tendonitis.

Then I remembered Susun's bone advice. After just one day of a big bowl of yogurt with fresh fruit, greens with my salmon, and a bottle of water with red clover, the aches are almost gone and my heel feels a whole lot better.

I won't forget again!
