Hello, I had a question on the comfrey infusion on your site, I was getting ready to mix a quart up, planning a quart a day for a month to help treat my bone issue, but noticed that 1 oz per weight of comfrey powder was about 1/3-1/2 cup, is that how much we are to drink per day?
just checking as that is alot

Hi Marcella,
You will want to be sure that you are using cut comfrey leaves, not powder nor roots…. It is 1 oz by weight per each quart and yes, that is a lot of herb to water ratio.
This is what you need to be sure you are getting the full potential of vitamins, minerals, etc.
This is what differentiates it from an herbal tea.
