Nettle where to order

Hi Susan,

I saw your interview off the health summit and wondered how I could order some of the nettle tea infusion. I was on your website but couldn't see where to order. Thank you.

Kristy, hello!
So glad you got to enjoy the interviews for the health summit  - welcome! Susun doesn't sell any bulk herbs or preparations... The infusions don't last long and should be made at home... It is easy and you can just let the herbs infuse overnight while you sleep... I've linked to Susun's site that discusses the infusions in particular and has some videos of her making them...

You will just need the herbs, which need to be dried, and it is more cost efficient if you buy in bulk. If you have a health or herb store around you, they probably have a bulk section for herbs, as do some of the more "natural" chains such as Whole Foods... Some online sources that we do recommend would be Mountain Rose Herbs, Frontier CoOp and Catskill Mountain Herbals.

No the flower essences such as Bach are not made from essential oils… There is actually little plant material in the flower essences and it much more of a vibrational medicine…
