Just curious where you find the glass jars with lids that whole the herb and say a liter of water no luck so far.
Also what would Susan recommend for eyes a thinning of the lens , scalp and thinning hair in males and general stiffness in joints and muscles...
Much appreciated
Warren
Hi Warren,
The jars we use are canning/mason jars, such as this:

Susun recommends nettle when it comes to the hair issues.... drinking the infusion and also rubbing it into the scalp and using as a hair rinse. Here is a link to one of Susun's articles. It is talking about hair loss due to menopause, but these are all herbs that would be suggested for males as well:

This is also where extract/tincture of nettle root can be used. Rosemary works well as another topical scalp treatment, rubbing the infused oil into scalp, using rosemary infusion as hair rinse. Saw palmetto would be another herb to research, again you would want to look at the tincture form as opposed to capsules.
Can't say that I am familiar with the thinning of the lenses - what exactly is occurring?
For joint pain, you can look into anti-inflammatory herbs such as ginger, turmeric: http://www.wisewomantradition.com/wisewomanweb/2011/04/golden-milk-an-ancient-healing-remedy.html , garlic, linden infusions, a diet which includes organic full fats... Susun discusses chickweed in her book, Healing Wise and calls it a Joint Oiler -- you can use the dried herb for infusions, and baths, use fresh for poultices over joints to ease discomfort or try the tincture.
blessings,
Kim
