Hi Susun -
You must get a lot of messages, I'm hoping to get a response. I'm confused/concerned with herbs that have estrogenic properties. I'm 26 years old and don't want to increase my risk of hormonal cancers by ingesting any excess estrogen. I've always been under the impression that soy increases cancer risk, so when I hear phytoestrogen, I get nervous. I'm finding A LOT of conflicting information regarding this. Herbs in question mainly include red clover and alfalfa.
Thank you for your time!
Alyse
