I wondered what type of yoga you do? There are almost 20 different kinds of yoga out there, I am learning about each different style and wondered what you have chosen to do, have you tried many different ones? Is there a style that you do not recommend?

Susun suggests that you only practice yoga once or twice per week, as more is stressful for the body..
Practice the kind of yoga that resonates with you personally, go at your own pace
Avoid hot yoga..
Always practice gentle yoga
