I heard you, Susun for the first time on the Gary Null’s show on Oct. 26th. Please provide me with a listing of the herbs you mentioned regarding the prostate....I need knowledge and information on herbs. In addition, herbal information on free radicals, prostate, toe fungus and digestive herbs for smoother bowel movements.
Thank you.
Hello,
Susun discussed using the following herbs in daily infusions: stinging nettle, oatstraw and comfrey. She also rotates red clover, a powerful anti-cancer herb and linden blossom, a powerful anti-inflammatory herb in the mix as well. Drinking these on a daily basis, rotating from herb to herb, provides support for general health as well as prostate health.
You can read more about them here: http://nourishingherbalinfusions.com/
Also Susun's free online course goes into more details about the herbs, making infusions, tinctures, medicinal vinegars, etc. I would recommend signing up for that to further expand your herbal information - it's self-paced with lessons and lectures:
Susun's newest book goes further into male reproductive/sexual health, including prostate health: http://www.herbalmedicinehealing.com/store/item_view.asp?estore_itemid=1000578
Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables with high levels of vitamin C, beta-corotene, such as winter squashes, oranges, peaches, carrots, plenty of green leafy vegetables such as kale, dandelion greens... Dandelion is also great for dealing with free radicals. I would also add seaweed and mushrooms to diet if not doing so already. Cooked tomatoes for the lycopene.
For toe fungus - yarrow tincture spray, soaking foot in water with apple cider vinegar (ACV preferably infused in herbs such as yarrow, oregano, lavendar, thyme for even additional benefits...)
