Hi Susun,
I've been drinking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day in a glass of water, which I love to drink as it's refreshing and has helped me lose weight and gives me energy. The question I have is I've been seeing reports that apple cider vinegar is bad for you because it depletes calcium in the bones. I was wondering if you have any thoughts on this.
Apple cider vinegar will leach the calcium from bones if you place the bones directly into the vinegar, but not from consuming the vinegar….do continue your protocol if it feels good to you….apple cider vinegar has been a wonderful food for many many moons….make your vinegar even better by adding herbs…

I have heard that apple cider vinegar is beneficial for balancing the system and improving candida symptoms but only if it is raw and unfiltered so that it contains the cultures. Is this true?

What about it feeding candida and increasing candida symptoms?
Thank you so much!
