I use EOs and Infused oils.I find myself drawn to infused oils more. I make them myself, I love that I know whats in it, the process is very personal.
My question is do you consider infused oils as effective or more effective than EOs? Can I accomplish the same things with infused oils as I could EOs?
If I am making a balm or salve that calls for EOs can I use infused oils instead?
Thank you very much...
Hello,
You can absolutely use infused oils instead of EO's for oils, salves, etc. This is how Susun makes her oils and salves. EO's are a potent medicine that is nearly impossible to make at home. On top of that they are expensive and come with a long list of cautions in regards to their use. I would certainly prefer to use infused oils - I make them at a far lower costs, I don't have to worry about the quality because I know exactly what is going into them and they are far safer while still containing all the healing properties we are looking for.
I am including an article that goes deeper into Susun's thoughts on EO's as opposed to infused oils.
Just let us know if you need any additional assistance.
blessings,
Kim
