I am simply so upset about it!  Is this the END?  I understand that the toxic fumes coming off the mess may force the evacuation of 14 MILLION people...Last night I listened to a Cicada singing and wept over the little crabs and birds dying that very moment...help me see if there is some way to "get a grip", because I can think of nothing else at present.

Lichen Sclerosi

Hello,

   I'm a post-menopausal woman who was diagnosed with LS about 2 months ago. I have it on both breasts but no where else. It doesn't itch. It started out the size of a quarter and in two weeks had spread to about 1/3 of my breast. I was given a Rx for a steroid cream called Clobetasol Propionate which I've been using for 4 weeks and its stopped spreading but I don't want to keep using a steroid due to possible side effects. I'm currently taking a product called Xango (juice) and using a Pericarp oil which also is a Xango product. I'd appreciate any ideas you have for my condition although my town has no health food store so have no idea where I could get ahold of the roots you mentioned. Thank you.

Would definitely start with the burdock root tincture. As with many herbs, the effects take time to show but are cumulative over time. Always try to nourish yourself from the inside with herbal infusions such as nettle, oatstraw and comfrey leaf.  If you do not have the herbs growing around you and no local source, two online places to order from would be:

Staph infection

Hi Susun, Wise Woman!

I have been reading tons of information and have succesfully made some
tinctures this past summer, and I love it!  I have made so far yarrow,
myrrh, st-john's wort, echinacea and skullcap tinctures.  In one of the
chapters I read there was mention that echinacea tincture could be helpful
for staph infections.  I have had staph infection in my nose for 2 years
now.  I have tried anti-biotics to no avail, and I don't think my system can
take anymore anti-biotics anyway.  I was hoping you could inform me how to
use the tincture for staph.  Would it be used topically, or internally?  And
how much, how long should the treatment last?  It really hurts at times, and
any help would be greatful!

 Yes,echinacea topically and internally...used as long as necessary.
Swab the tincture on the affected area...you might also apply honey which is
very effective for healing staff infections. Internally one drop per two
pounds of body weight, taken as often as five times per day, for at least
two weeks, even longer if needed.
