Nettles fresh or dried

Here in the UK I love receiving your e zine.

I have abundant stinging nettles in my garden but I am not very sure how to dry them. Is it ok to use them fresh in an infusion?

Hi Jo Mary,

For the infusions, you do need to use dried… Fresh are great for eating, of course… For further info on drying herbs, we’ve included some links below:
