G'day,
All weight bearing exercise causes my feet to ache terribly afterwards. Not right away. A few hours or the next morning. Both feet equally.
I am blaming it on a long standing issue with loose joints. My awareness of this began when my hands would ache while doing massage work and when my ankles would feel like they are coming apart the minute I began to jog. This started many years ago.
Any body have a similar experience or possible suggestions.

Shoes for sure are a must, see if your feet pronate or supinate then buy shoes that directly support your feet. Socks are something people do not think of as ofter but YES many companies make socks that support your feet too. I would look at Fox River because they often have support in the arch and ankle. I would soak my feet in a espsom salt bath with Rosemary, Lavender and white willow bark.
Good luck
Peace

I have the same issue and I too attribute it to loose joints. I have been told to focus on "hugging the muscles to the bones". I have a tendency to "sink" into my joints. Engage the muscles more and see if that helps.
