Hi Susun,
I Know you've written about this before, but I needed to ask; I'm suffering from low milk supply and was wondering which herbal infusion you think would be best? I know you've recommended red raspberry, however others claim due to its astringent properties that it may decrease supply? I have tried fenugreek capsules (3/3x a day), opened up and boiled as a tea, that didn't work, I've tried the tincture from Motherlove which also didn't work for me. I just received my order of alfalfa, nettles, red raspberry oatstaw and a blend of herbs created for lactation, and will try the lactation blend first. What else would you recommend? Also, I'm doing 8 tablespoons of dried herbs per quart, is that the best way? Thanks in advance-
Tanya
