Hello!!
I recently listened to Susun on the fertility, pregnancy and birth summit. She mentioned using red clover for fertility, and I had a question about that.. From what I know (very little) about red clover, it is not suggested to use it during pregnancy. Does Susun suggest to just drink it for the first 2 weeks of the cycle then discontinue for the rest of the cycle? Then start again after or during the week of the period?
I'm just wondering how to appropriately use red clover.
Thank you.
Christina
Hi Christina,
Susun suggests the use of red clover infusions throughout pregnancy; it is not on her list of herbs to avoid and she feels that drinking the infusions is of great benefit. We can't say as to red clover in other forms, only infusions;
