Dear Susan,
I have been reading your book about herbs to take in the child bearing year. I have a question. In some parts of your book it seems to say that Red Clover is only to take before you become pregnant and in other parts it seems to imply that you take it throughout the pregnancy. Could you give advice on exactly what infusion you would drink on a daily basis while pregnant, throughout the whole pregnancy?

Susun would recommend drinking all the nourishing herbal infusions throughout pregnancy :)
They are gentle and nourishing -- food more than medicine...
