Hello Susun,
I accidently touched weed killer from my brother in laws yard when I stooped down to pull up a weed. I am breastfeeding an almost two year old. My right breast developed big large hard lumps in it. I already had fibrosytic breasts.
Now, I wonder if the weed killer turned to the breast into cancer. I am also afraid of what I am passing on to my toddler. What is the best way to detox the weed killer and cure the lumps in case they are cancer. I have never had lumps this big before. It is mainly in the right breast. I appreciate any help you can give me and my little toddler.
Hello Marley,
I can't imagine that touching weed killer would bring about cancer - especially so quickly. In this day and age, it is impossible to avoid toxins but our bodies are very resilient and if we help to support it with good nutrition, daily infusions, meditations, exercises, it is usually able to take care of itself.
You can try doing castor oil packs over the lumps, compresses of warm cabbage leaves, making sure you are avoiding caffeine, lovingly massage them with infused oils...Although it is more common in the early months of breastfeeding, you could still develop mastitis. Are you showing any other signs of infection? Fever? Redness and tenderness at breast? Susun has some remedies in her article here: http://www.susunweed.com/Article_Breastfeeding2.htm
Include in your diet, burdock root, dandelion, seaweed which are all good for helping the body remove toxins....
Here is a note on dandelion from Susun: "Dandelion is a superb ally for liver and breasts. Regular use - internally before meals and externally before sleep - helps keep breasts healthy, reverses cancerous changes. Digestion is settled and strengthened a few minutes after taking a dose. Results in breast tissue are slower, taking six weeks or more to become evident."
On burdock: "fresh root binds and removes heavy metals and chemicals."- also helpful with breast lumps
Violets have a great affinity for the breast and are useful for dissolving lumps.
