I recently got your information from a friend who said you had a recipe for a "fertility brew" of sorts including different herbs you mention on your website and YouTube postings. I have began to look around for how exactly is the best way to take the infusions in order to promote reproductive health and fertility. I have heard mention of nettle leaf, oatstraw, red clover blossoms, comfrey leaf, red raspberry leaf, dong quai and false unicorn root.
I am 26 and my husband is 31. We have been trying to conceive for 2.5 years and are looking at natural and homeopathic ways of addressing infertility. I have recently purchased your book on the childbearing years and I look forward to reading it.
Could you advise on what may be a good sort of regimen. And should my husband also drink the infusions with me?
Thank you so much for your help and knowledge!
Hello,
There are a number of nourishing herbal infusions that Susun recommends for daily use. These are beneficial for overall health and are great for everyone - women, men, children, the elderly. You can read more about them here:

Susun's #1 herbal infusion for fertility is red clover blossom. So, if you are wishing to conceive, make sure you include it in your rotation of infusions. Drink 1 to 4 cups daily and yes, have your husband drink the infusions too! You can certainly do the red raspberry, nettles, etc. as well. Dong Quai root is great at normalizing menstrual periods if that is an issue. Best to take during the days between ovulation and menstration and then discontinue from beginning of the menstrual flow to ovulation. False Unicorn root is best to take daily, just 5-15 drops daily of the tincture.
Here are some of Susun's articles in regards to fertility. Although one says for over 40, it will still apply for you. A low-fat or vegan diet is not recommended. Do your best to not get stressed over it, believing that it will happen and don't underestimate the use of visualizations as well.
I would also recommend searching at our health forum: www.healingwiseforum.com. You should find a lot of threads in regards to fertility. Just let us know if you need anything else.
blessings,
