What I've read lately from various sources say that taking herbs like red clover may decrease my fertility instead of increasing it. What is your opinion?
I am 42 & want to conceive this year & hopefully twins. Any advice you can give me would be appreciated. I bought 2 of your books. Wise woman herbal for the childbearing year was one of them which encourages red clover esp. I am confused...

Susun is of the opinion that red clover is a great ally in increasing fertility and the first thing that she usually recommends. However, if must be taken in the form of infusions. Not red clover tea, tincture or capsules.
