I use to say to myself I have one painful period and one not.I noticed one day that this was my thinking and my belief. I stopped reinforcing this belief and guess what it no longer happened.I then caught myself believing that I had a 23 day cycle, that now has altered as well.So I would say to you , write down on a piece of paper as if you were telling a friend what you believe about your health issues. What you believe is what you create for yourself. Look at your beliefs and see what you wish to change. This can be done for all aspects of your life, relationships, money ,abundance and work.I would remind you that we have choice all of the time and that we are very powerful.

Yes I believe that thoughts have lots to do with our health. Thanks for reminding us that we are very powerful.

I wish what you say is true. If it is true I have not seen it. I have crohn's disease and it ia very painful and has robbed me of most of the avenues of life that I enjoy. I practiced herbal remedies for years before this came upon me and have been able to help my children with allergies and asthma, and to heal some other kinds of illnesses. I seem to be powerless with this condition. You may say that it is evidence of some spiritual suffering. That is likely true but in that area I feel powerless as well.
My own mother was a nutritionist and ate organic natural balanced meals all of her life. Now she is lost in old age mental disabilities.
I think there are some conditions [due to genetics or karma or other influences that I cannot name] for which bringing personal power is not enough. I would be so thankful to learn otherwise.
