Dried Nettles Best for Infusions

Hello!

I've been using nettle infusion for over 2 years now and I love it. I'm very grateful I discovered you Susun. Thank you.

My question: Can I make nettle infusion from FRESH nettle leaves? If so, what is the proportion of fresh leaves needed to 4 cups of water? Thank you very much.

Hello,

Eat the fresh nettles - save the dried for the infusions. From Susun: "Since the minerals and other phytochemicals in nourishing herbs are made more accessible by drying, dried herbs are considered best for infusions."
