I've been reading your website and am just confused on a couple of herbs. I see both burdock seed and root being suggested for rosacea. Which one is the best? I want to order some but I don't want to get it wrong. I don't have your books yet, but plan on ordering soon.
Thank you, carrie
Susun recommends both, neither is wrong and it can depend on the person and their individual situation. That being said ... a quote from Susun: "Tincture of burdock seed taken internally seems to be the most effective remedy for getting rid of rosacea though. A dose is about 25-30 drops once a day. You may have to use it for many months to get the best effect."
